Employee Employer Relations Committee (EERC) Members are elected to act as representatives of their unit members to ensure that efforts are being made to create and/or maintain a positive working relationship between the membership and their respective employer. All questions, concerns and complaints that are not a negotiable item about operations or the work place should be sent to your EERC Representative.
